By scheduling a repair service with Aplex Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Estimates and Diagnosis
- Any price estimate provided over the phone is approximate. Final repair costs can only be confirmed by the technician upon physical inspection of the appliance.
- A standard visiting/diagnosis charge will apply if you choose not to proceed with the repair after the technician has inspected the appliance.
2. Spare Parts and Warranty
- We provide a warranty only on the specific new spare parts replaced by our technicians. This warranty is subject to the part manufacturer's terms.
- No warranty is provided on old, repaired parts or on the overall machine unless explicitly stated in writing.
3. Right to Refuse Service
- Our technicians reserve the right to refuse service if the appliance is deemed irreparable, unsafe to work on, or if the working environment is hazardous.
4. Liability
- While we take utmost care during repairs, Aplex Service is not liable for any incidental or consequential damage caused to the appliance due to underlying manufacturing defects.
